Gym In The Park uses the latest training methods using techniques such as Interval training, Tabata protocol, H.I.T. (High Intensity Training) along with conventional fitness exercises all within your local park. And all this without regular gym equipment. No treadmills, no cross trainers, no weight benches and no ceiling high mirrors.
Our cardiovascular and muscle strengthening full body workout is for men and women of all fitness levels. Fitness, endurance, power, flexibility and explosiveness are the objectives of our training sessions.
